This store aims to send streetwear orders from stussyus.shop without extra shipping charges on qualifying checkouts, and to give tracking once a parcel exists. Dispatch happens as soon as the warehouse can pack the size you bought. The time on the road is then the carrier’s.

Business days are the packing days. A weekend order waits until the next ordinary day. A holiday can add another pause. Tracking email is the signal that the indoor work is done.

If an address looks incomplete, staff may write to stussy@gmail.com or call +1 800 875 6237 before creating a label. The studio mail address is 50 Prince Street, New York, NY 10012. A reply with the missing apartment or buzzer saves a failed attempt.

Carriers can include national parcel networks. A PO Box may not take every service. If checkout still lets you pay, the remaining method is the one that will be used.

A delivered scan means the carrier believes the bag was left or handed over. Check with people at the address and with the carrier photo if one exists. Then write to support with the order number.

We cannot control weather or local truck shortages. A later arrival is not by itself a defect in the garment. If a carton is crushed, photograph it before you discard the outer wrap.

Address changes after a scan are difficult. Ask the same day if you moved desks. After the truck has the bag, the carrier’s own tools decide whether a redirect works.

International movement, if it ever occurs through a forwarder you hire, is your arrangement. This shop’s tracking stops at the checkout address. Duties charged by a forwarder are not refunded here.

Split shipments can happen when items are picked in different waves. Two tracking numbers can still belong to one payment. Wait for both before claiming a missing hoodie.

Asking for an instant resend five minutes after the first delay duplicates cartons and complicates refunds when the first bag appears.
